1. Digital Services
Our services include, but are not limited to:

- Digital Marketing
- SEO Services
- Website Maintenance
- IT Consulting
As these services involve significant time, planning, and customization, they are generally non-returnable.
2. Refund Eligibility
A refund may be considered only in the following circumstances:
- Payment was made more than once for the same service.
- We are unable to start the agreed project due to reasons solely attributable to Futuresh.
- A written refund request is approved by our management after review.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
- The project has already started.
- The service has been completed or substantially delivered.
- The client changes their requirements after work has begun.
- The client delays the project by failing to provide required content, approvals, or feedback.
- The client decides not to continue the project after work has commenced.
- Issues arise from third-party services, hosting providers, domain registrars, plugins, APIs, or software outside our control.
4. Cancellation Policy
You may request cancellation before work begins by contacting us in writing.
If work has already started, any refund (if applicable) will be determined based on the amount of work completed and expenses already incurred.
5. Project Deposits
Advance payments or project deposits are generally non-refundable, as they reserve development time, planning, and project resources.
6. Processing Refunds
If a refund is approved:
- The refund will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
- Processing may take 7–14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Any applicable payment gateway or bank charges may be deducted from the refund amount where permitted by law.
7. Physical Products
If Futuresh offers any physical products in the future, return and replacement eligibility will be specified on the respective product page.
8. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this Return & Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated Effective Date.
